“Add listing” button not working

    Hello,

The “add listing” button of my website redirects to the home page. I tried to disable third-party plugins already but nothing changed.

    The website is https://x.classificados.com.pt
    You can use
    username: test
    password: 123456789
Or create a new user using a random e-mail (e-mail activation won’t be required)
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Classi,

    Facing exactly a similar issue.

I removed the default headers and tried customizing the header with a new template or the block. Doing so, Adding listings, and sign-in (default menus) are gone.
I want to use those links to some other locations in the form of buttons/page links etc.

The team suggested using the URL “/submit-listing” to the URL of my new button “list ur biz” but it’s just taking me to the home page.
Waiting for the team to respond

    Please try this possible solutions:
    – Please check option Allow submitting new listings in HivePress/Settings/Listings/Submission section. It should be activated.
    – Please try refreshing permalinks in Settings/Permalinks

    Hello, thanks for the reply
The “allow submitting new listings” is enabled
And I tried to refresh permalinks, but it still doesn’t work

Please send temporary WP access via email to support@hivepress.io and I’ll check this issue.

@aditi104 Please try updating permalinks, the “/submit-listing” URL is available only if non-default permalink structure is used (any structure with %postname%).
