  When a vendor makes an offer and includes details that are prohibited (e.g., phone number), I cannot just send a reply to the vendor that the details is prohibited and instead the only option I get is “approve and reply”. I do not want approve their offer with the prohibited words contained there. Is there a way around it? Thanks!

  Also, how do a customer communicate and share personal information such as address and schedule sometime to complete the job once the offer is accepted by the customer? Thanks!

  Hi,
  1. There’s no way to reply within the WordPress/Comments section, but you can reply to the vendor email address (please check it in WordPress/Users section).
  2. Please try using the Messages extension for this, then buyers/sellers can communicate directly or via the order page (you can restrict messaging to buyers/sellers with an existing order in HivePress/Settings section).

  Thanks Ihor! I do not see anything in HivePress/Setting regarding restricting messages to buyers/sellers with an existing order only. I see the following options only – Attachments, Allowed file types, blocked words, storage and storage period. Where do I go to activate the said functionality? Thanks again!

  Please check if it’s available in the HivePress/Settings/Orders section.
