  Hello,
  My purchased booking extension has disappeared from word press.
  how it’s possible?
  How to restore it without loosing all bookings?

  In HivePress > Settings > Integrations > there is no more HivePress Store section with licence keys.

  when I try to reinstall Booking extension, WP doesn’t allow to install it because the booking extension directory still exists

  Hi,
  Please make sure that the extension files weren’t deleted (e.g. via FTP, third-party plugin or maybe another admin user has access to the WordPress dashboard?). Even if the files are deleted and the extension directory is still there, please try removing it via FTP or the web file manager (if your hosting provider has one). Then please install the Bookings extensions again (in WordPress/Plugins section). The bookings are stored in the database so if you restore the extension files by installing it again the data will not be lost.

  Thank you!
  I’ve just deleted Bookings extensions directory via FTP and then installed it again.
  It works now.
  But I still don’t understand why it has stopped to work properly: I’m the only person to have access to the dashboard and I’m sure that the extension files weren’t deleted.

  Unfortunately I can’t say for sure if this issue can’t be reproduced locally, maybe some third-party plugin deleted it, or this is a server-side issue related to the hosting provider. Please consider enabling full backups (e.g. weekly) of your site for issues like this one (many hosting providers offer this service, also there are plugins that may help).
