  Dear HivePress,
  Sometimes when I open my website from my mobile phone my categories’ pictures do not load and also the first listing’s picture does not load. It happens 1/3 of the times that I open my website.

  I don’t know the cause of this, but I would like to solve this issue as soon as possible.

  This is strange, please make sure that there are no plugins or customizations that may cause this, maybe there’s a caching or CDN plugin that replaces the image URLs? If possible send a link to your site and I’ll test it using a mobile device.

  Hi Ihor,

  Apart from the HivePress plugin and the default WordPress plugins I did not add any other plugin to my website.

  I sent an email to support@hivepress.io with my website’s link and also a link that enables you to have temporary access to my website’s editor (if that can help).
