  Thank you for assisting me.
  I’m going to buy the bookings extension for the listinghive theme, but I need to be able to make the user publish an ad by choosing the date and number of days in a certain category (AD ON THE COVER). I want only 4 ads to be put in total in that category because I’m going to show them on the home page in a space of 4 reserved ads. In such a way that if there are 3 published, only let one more be published on the chosen dates. and if the four are there then do not let any more ads of that category be published because that space is already full until the chosen date passes and the space is free.

  Sorry, there’s no such feature at the moment – it’s not possible to restrict the number of listings per category depending on the selected dates, this would require custom implementation. Please try using Paid Listings extension to charge users for adding/promoting listings, if you set random order in the Listings block then you can rotate random featured listings, also they will be displayed at the top of the search pages.

  and if I put stock of 4 units in woocommerce products? would it do me? When that product is sold 4 times, should I not continue to sell more?

  This may actually work, but there will be no clear error message about this for users, there will be a redirect to checkout with the “Sorry, this product is out of stock” error, also the stock quantity will not depend on the selected dates.
