change the status of an order to completed

    Hi, I have a working question. How can I make the Expert change the status of an order that is currently “processing” to the new “completed” status. How does the expert communicate that the work has already been completed and the website must represent it as completed?

    Please check settings in HivePress/Settings/Orders section. You can require a manual completion, then customers will have to click the Complete button to indicate that they are satisfied with the order, also you can set the number of days to complete orders automatically (if some customer forgets to mark the order as completed). Once the order is completed, its amount is added to the vendor account balance.
