  When I try to place an order and at check out page, it tells me “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or with to make alternate arrangements.”

  I have the country as United states, and tried bunch of different state, and always getting this message.

  Please check WooCommerce payment gateway settings, maybe you have not set any payment method here? All the payment and checkout features are implemented by WooCommerce – you can try to reach out to their support for resolving the payment-specific issues.
