    Hello, I have the experthive theme and I need to configure the membership extension so that when looking for an offer the contact details are hidden until the user decides to buy and pay but without any package. By the time you pay to hire the services of the expert, the contact details that the membership extension had hidden are already unlocked. I don’t know if that’s possible???

    Hola tengo el tema experthive y necesito configurar la extensión de membresia para que al buscar oferta se oculten los datos de contacto hasta que el usuario decida comprar y pagar pero sin ningún paquete. En el momento que paga por contratar los servicios de el experto ya se desbloquean los datos de contacto que la extensión de membership tenia ocultos. No se si eso es posible???

    It’s possible with the Memberships extension, but the access is granted when the membership plan is purchased. If you mean granting access when the Marketplace service is purchased this would require customizations. Please consider limiting messages to buyers only in HivePress/Settings, and hiding all the contact details, then only buyers/sellers will be able to message each other.

    Ok.
    Another thing that I want to solve is that when a user decides to buy the services of an expert, it leads them to pay. Therefore, it takes you out of the expert’s ad window and directs you to a window with the billing information to pay. Once paid, it stays on that screen so you no longer see the ad or the expert’s data. you have to search the web for that ad again and that’s a problem.
    How can I make it so that after paying it directs you to the ad or shows it in a new window? or any other solution you can think of.

    Otro cosa que quiero solucionar es que cuando un usuario decide comprar los servicios de un experto le lleva a pagar. Por tanto le saca de la ventana del anuncio del experto y le dirige a una ventana con los datos de facturación para pagar. Una vez pagado , se queda en esa pantalla por lo que ya no ve el anuncio ni los datos del experto. tiene que volver a buscar ese anuncio por la web y eso es un problema.
    Como puedo hacer para que despues de pagar le dirija al anuncio o se lo muestre en una nueva ventana? o alguna otra solución que se le ocurra.

    Sorry, there’s no simple code snippet for this, but the listing name should appear in the order details, also customers get an email notification with a link to the order page (the order page contains all the details along with the Send Message, Dispute, Complete buttons).

    Great, but I’m not receiving that email with the information you tell me.
    Where is it configured so that I receive the mail?

    I just checked it and it does not send any email to the expert who is going to do the work, nor to the user who hires him with any data from the expert. On the other hand, I have verified that in the account of the expert who is going to carry out the work, received order, if the data of the user who commissions the work appears at the end of the order. but in the user’s account there is no expert data so the user cannot contact him. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong. you can help. Thanks a lot.

    If the emails are not delivered please install and set up WP Mail SMTP plugin, you can enable SMTP, Gmail or Sendgrid and test outgoing emails via their Test Email tool. WooCommerce send an email notification to the customer, while HivePress sends an email about a new order to the vendor if the order status is changed to Processed.

    Hola ihor , efectivamente llega un mail con la orden de pedido con los datos de contacto a el usuario que publica la solicitud de trabajo, ejemplo “busco un especialista para arreglar un grifo”. Pero le llega a el mismo . No le llega ningun mail al experto con los datos de la persona que necesita el trabajo y que le ha elegido. Por lo que el expèrto no tiene ninguna confirmacion por mail de que se le ha asignado una tarea. De igual modo tampoco le llega al usuario que publica la solicitud ningun mail con los datos del experto elegido para ponerse en contaco con el.
    De tal manera que deben meterse en su cuenta de la app para ver la ot y mensajearse para pedirse los datos.

So the expert does not have any confirmation by mail that he has been assigned a task. In the same way, the user who publishes the request does not receive any mail with the data of the chosen expert to contact him.

    Please make sure that the order status is changed to Processing (you can try doing this manually), only this order status triggers the New Order notification for vendors. It’s not sent for other statuses because the Processing status means that the order is successfully paid, so vendors can start working on it.
