We’re using Listing Hive to host a holiday site where people in the community can share needs they have and others can meet those needs.
The message functionality is set up so people who want to meet needs can touch base with the person who posted a need.
We have a small team that monitors the communication, in order to make sure the connection is made, and to help along the way if needed.
They would find it helpful to have an email sent their way when someone clicks “Meet this need.” Basically, a BCC.
Any thoughts on how to easily do this?
