    Hello Friend! My respects for your excellent work!

    I already say, your work has even arrived for me who am from Brazil! I am creating a sports sponsorship platform project and HivePress is the one that came closest to what I expect for my client. Congratulations! Now I have three doubts. One is about Elementor Pro. The ListingHive theme is excellent but it lacks some elements to make the page even more complete, like widgets for parallax image blocks and other functions. But if you have, please let me know how I add it on the homepage. Following with my doubt: I will do the entire layout in Elementor Pro and then include the HivePress features on this page. It will work? Are the elements of HivePress compatible with Elementor? Second question, on the part of the seller (who in my project will be sponsored athlete) can you put social networks to be displayed on the profile? Third question, I will make the menu in Elementor Pro. In order for users to have access to their logged pages, what should I add in the menu part so that each one can see their personalized page?

    Going forward, to support your great effort, I acquired two essential plugins for my project: Marketplace and Statistics. They are exceptional! Thanks in advance for your support, if you can answer me soon, I will be grateful. Success!

    Thanks, I’m glad it’s useful! And thanks for your purchase, by purchasing extensions you also support the development of HivePress.

    1. HivePress implements blocks for the default WordPress editor, but there’s also a shortcode for each block and as far as I know Elementor supports shortcodes. Also, if Elementor has the “more” separator block you can create the same home page, here’s a screenshot of how it looks in the default editor https://prnt.sc/sp9trf

    2. You can add social media URLs as vendor attributes and then display them as icons or buttons by setting a custom display format. I also plan to develop an extension for adding sharing buttons and social media links.

    3. If you use ListingHive theme then “Sign In / My Account” link should be built into the header section, but you can always add this link as “yoursite.com/account” URL. It will either redirect users to the login page or display their account page.

    In item 3 this is the question: I will create a fully customized menu in my elementor template. Those add listing and sign in buttons, to open the modal, what information should I put in the link? Would this modal work only on the listing hive theme? Would you like to adapt this question on an elementor page? Or just putting the corresponding links would work? Thanks again.

    If you build the header section from scratch please try using this URL for the login modal #user_login_modal It should open the login modal on click. The account page has URL like “/account”, the listing submission page “/submit-listing”.

    Thanks again my friend! I will do the construction of the site with your tips and any other questions I report. Stay in peace! And congratulations on creating the best multipurpose plugin for listing that I’ve ever seen for WordPress. It’s saving me a lot with my current project!

    Ihor, going back to the buttons to create a menu from scratch: in the theme you created, there are the sign in and Add listing buttons. These buttons do not have items in the WordPress menu, but I intend to include them in this theme that I am creating in elementor. Do I need to create separate pages to include them in the menu? If I put only the main links in these menus (sign in) and (submit-listing) will wordpress automatically interpret the functions after login? I still have these doubts to create the menu. Thank you!

    I say this because apparently the button is only displayed that way through the right theme? So if I want a similar button in Elementor, I should customize it because it won’t automatically come from the theme, even if I’m creating a new page in Elementor on the basis of ListingHive right? Thanks buddy!

    Ihor, sorry to bother you so much, but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Observe the print of this link: https://prnt.sc/sr57vb What happens, I am creating a new home in Elementor, with this new menu. There in WordPress I inserted a personalized link with the modal function. I defined this page as a new home. Then when you click the enter button, it does not open the modal. The ListingHive theme is active, however, I created a child theme with this new page in elementor. How to make the modal work? Thank you!

    rafaelvie

    Ihor, when my last question 6 minutes ago about modal, I managed to fix it! You can ignore this question 6 minutes ago but please consider my other last ones. Thank you friend!

    Thanks! You don’t have to create these pages, they have static URLs so you can simply set them for the links and buttons (“/submit-listing” and “/account”).

    HivePress automatically adds these links and buttons for 2 themes: ListingHive and Storefront. You can also display this section using this PHP snippet:

    if ( function_exists( 'hivepress' ) ) {
    	echo ( new \HivePress\Blocks\Template( [ 'template' => 'site_header_block' ] ) )->render();
    }

    It may be better to use it because it will automatically switch Sign In / My Account links depending on the user authentication and you’ll be able to manage these links and buttons via HivePress settings.

    Thanks again for your reply my friend! Your support is great. So, the problem is this: to create a responsive menu in Elementor, where I’ve seen so far, it only accepts when a menu is created in WordPress menu items. What I did: I created custom links in the WordPress Menu item and used the If menu plugin to hide and display the items for the logged in user. The problem is that I can’t create a custom button so that it matches the responsiveness of the Elementor theme. This PHP code snippet, where can I use it? Since in Elementor I have to create the pages one by one with the type of construction I am doing so that they all have the same construction structure. I wouldn’t have all this work if ListingHive had options for widgets and color customization that Elementor gives me. Otherwise, I would use it quietly! Hugs!

    Ihor, everything was going well doing my home page layout in Elementor when I came across the following situation: I really need to insert, as on the ListingHive home page, the Recent Listings part. I wanted it that way, with 2 rows and 3 columns. However, when I insert the shortcode [hivepress_listings], everything appears in one line, very large. In the visual editor of WordPress there is this block to easily customize. Couldn’t you get a shortcode to do this in Elementor this way? Thanks buddy!

    rafaelvie

    Ihorihor, i just saw in the documentation how to add columns / rows correctly on the site, with a very simple shortcode! Please disregard my last question and I’m sorry. Its documentation is the most complete of a plugin I have ever seen. Please, if possible, answer my penultimate question, from 19h ago. Thank you!

    1. You can try placing this snippet in header.php file of the theme you’re building, but if you’re building it solely via Elementor without code changes then the only option is using its tools and adding these links as menu items.

    2. Please try adding this one:

    [hivepress_listings number="6" columns="3"]

    ihor, fantastic your support! I really wanted to meet you in person one day, but unfortunately it can be impossible, since you must be in a country far from my … kkkk Thank you so much. Your plugin is making my project amazing. I put your plugin and elementor together and it’s getting awesome. Only the small adjustments and tests of the marketplace are missing. You can bet that whenever I post a new paid plugin, I will make sure to help you, because you have no idea how much you are helping me and other users out there! I will do a review of your plugin on the WordPress website praising this excellent work. Congratulations and thank you!
