Is there an events module on the website that is similar to this? It does not have to be tied to a Listing but that would be nice.

You can try using a separate category for events, with category-specific search filters and fields, for example the Event Date, Ticket Price etc. If you assign attributes to the Events category they’ll be available for event listings only.
