  Hi, i want to ask about the Expert Hive theme.
  I would like to purchase the theme , but i noticed that there are not a lot of ways to monetise.
  My question is can i install a plug in or somehow install the option the service offered to be booked and paid through the marketplace.
  For Example:
  1. Request is posted
  2. The service provider sends an offer and connects with the customer
  3. They talk and message through the platform about it
  4. The customer agrees and books and pays for the service through the platform
  5. Email is sent to confirm booking details, as the services will be Handyman, Gardening, cleaning ect..
  6. the money are held in escrow service until the tasker has completed the service.
  7. He/she gets paid after that. Secure for the tasker and secure for the customer
  Is that posible for that theme

  Hi,

  It’s already possible to sell fixed-price services this way, but there are no booking features at the moment (we’re working on the Bookings extension). There are a few ways to monetize ExpertHive:

  – charge a commission on each sale
  – charge experts for listing services
  – charge users for viewing the service/expert details
  – charge experts for claiming listings (this one is more common for business directories)

  Thanks for your reply. Booking is not as important as the ability to pay for the fixed service through the platform. I’ve been checking the demo, but did not see that feature, the buy now button, or this is an extension that needs to be added later.

  Yes, the Marketplace extension is included with the theme but not enabled on the demo site (since it showcases offline services). You can check how the purchase process works here (TaskHive theme includes the same set of extensions as ExpertHive) https://taskhive.hivepress.io/
