Facebook and Google is not redirecting people from sign up form, when someone login with Facebook he logged in but not redirect and if you refresh the page you’ll logged in. But many people confused cause of this issue. Same issue in signup with Google.

If it just refreshes the page then it’s most likely a caching issue (caused by a plugin or some server-side caching enabled by the hosting provider).

I deactivated my all plugins and then check, it’s still not redirecting and the issue was same as before. And I contact my hosting provider they said, “any server side cache is not enabled for my website and he clear all application-based cache” also this was not work. Some time ago it works fine but unfortunately it’s not working now. Please visit my site and review it dalalwalal.in

Please make sure that you disabled all the possible customizations and caching solutions, I’ve just tested the social login locally and it seems to work. This may also be related to the Facebook and Google app settings.

    Sir @ihor,
Thank you for visiting my site and reviewing it. I have disabled every customisation of my knowledge. I also deleted the authentication plugin but this issue is still there, that means the issue is not in the plugin. And I think this is not even a caching issue because if it were, this issue would have happened before but it has never happened before. I don’t know why this is happening. Please help me, My website is about to be published. I can give you the WordPress and other login panel details(if needed). I trust you.

I’m sure that this has something to do with caching and/or server-side settings because this issue can’t be reproduced with the fresh HivePress installation. I created a test installation here https://test.hivepress.io/ Please try testing logging in via Google.

    Hey Developer,
I think this is not a caching or server side issue, but there is an issue in my login form, and, Yes your demo website is working as well.
However, In my web, when a user registering, then he automatically redirect and works fine. But when an existing or new user tries to login, the login form does not process any and redirects back to the empty login form itself, Even if the user has entered any wrong email address or password, it doesn’t show any “INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD” message just redirects to the empty login form.

and yes i deleted my entire cache data even i deleted my site from cloudflare for fear of caching, But still the problem was not solved.
Please visit my site again and review it. dalalwalal.in
You can login with your recently used Gmail ID.

Hey @ihor, please respond to my matter.

I tried checking your site but it seems that the WordPress installation is broken, or you’re reinstalling it? https://prnt.sc/1ifiifw Please let me know once it’s available and I’ll check this issue again. You can also test the same process here https://test.hivepress.io/ If this issue doesn’t persist there then it’s most definitely a hosting provider issue.

Hi @ihor, Now my website is fully accessible you can check the issue again. And the issue is same. I think this is not a caching or server side issue, but there is an issue in my login form or something other, and, Yes your demo website is working as well. However, In my web, when a user registering, then he automatically redirect and works fine. But when an existing or new user tries to login, the login form does not process any and redirects back to the empty login form itself, Even if the user has entered any wrong email address or password, it doesn’t show any “INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD” message just redirects to the empty login form.. and yes i deleted my entire cache data even i deleted my site from cloudflare for fear of caching, But still the problem was not solved.

Hey @ihor my website is now fully accessible.

If the login form is not working at all and this issue can’t be reproduced locally or on a test installation (https://test.hivepress.io/ and the demo site https://demo.hivepress.io/) this means that it’s related to the server/hosting environment. If the login form was broken in HivePress by default there would be hundreds of bug reports about this already (this would break the most important part of the website).
Please consider checking this on a fresh installation with another hosting provider to check that it works, for example I remember the same login form issue with EasyWP hosting (because they have some strange server-side caching solution that can’t be disabled).
