Failed to load time

  I am having an issue when it comes to bookings the time slots are not loading. As i go to book a time slot it comes up with “The results could not be loaded”. Will you please look into this for me.

  Please make sure that all the required bookings details are set (e.g. booking start/end time, slot duration and interval) for this listing, otherwise it’s not possible to generate a list of time slots. Also, please make sure that you selected a date first.

  Thanks Ihor, it seems to be working now i have not changed anything. So it seems to be working on and off but i will keep an eye on it.

  I found the problem.

  A vendor set the value of:

  Reservation scheduling (optional)
  Set how many days before a reservation must be made.

  to be equal to 5

  and the value of:

  Booking window (optional)
  Set how many days in advance a reservation can be made.

  to be equal to 4.

  So i think broke something into the system.

  Is it possible that you can add a condition, that the number of days in the first field to be mandatory lower than the one in the second field?

  I’m facing this issue as well.
  I checked the vendor’s details and no issues there
  notice period: 3
  days available in advance: 90
  still times are failing to load.

  Please make sure that the slot duration and the start/end booking times are set, these 3 details are required for generating a list of time slots.
