  Hi HivePress team,

  I need your help to fulfill my current requirement. I would like to allow vendors to get a customer note when they buy a product. I see that in the woocommerce checkout page there is a field where the customer can add aditional notes like “delivery notes”, so I would like the vendors can access these delivery notes instead of force the customer to send a message to specify the order details. Is there a way to achieve this?

  Sure, customers can add initial details to the Order Note field on the checkout page, the order note will be displayed on the order page. Any further details can be requested or sent via messages (we are also working to add more customization options for the order form).

  Hi, thank you for your response. I checked once again and you are right the delivery note appears in the orde details. Sorry, I dont know why it didnt appear the first time I checked. Thanks again for your support.
