  I have 3 APIs restricted:
  Maps Static API
  Geocoding API
  Maps JavaScript API

  I also have the HTTP referrers (web sites) linked to my sites URL.

  I also have my billing information added.

  I am still getting the error from google:

  This page can’t load Google Maps correctly. Do you own this website?
