  Hello Ihor, I ask you a question about the operation of the experthive plugin because I don’t understand it well.

  1- When an Expert performs a job, the money for the service is billed by the website to the user who commissions it?

  2- Once the expert finishes the work, does the website pay the expert the total price minus the percentage of commission that was specified on the website?

  3- How should I proceed to pay the expert? Do you have to invoice the website for your price minus the commission? because if you don’t bill me I can’t legally pay. Will you send me the invoice by email?

  If this is not the procedure or there is a simpler one, please tell me.

  Hi,
  Once the order is completed, vendors get the order amount (depending on the commission rate) to their website balance. Then, once the minimum payout amount is reached (you can define it in settings) vendors can request a payout, providing the details for receiving a payment via the form (e.g. their PayPal address). Payouts are processed manually, you can process them depending on your marketplace terms (e.g. once a month, so there will always be a delay before you send a payout for covering possible refunds).   Pero mi pregunta es … el contratista que encarga el trabajo paga a la web ( no al experto)?
  El dinero por tanto entra en la caja del propietario de la web y cuando se finaliza el trabajo , el dueño de la web debe recibir una factura del experto para pagarle su importe restando la comisión?

  Yes, it works like an escrow, all payments are sent to the marketplace owner first, and then vendors can request payouts from the marketplace owner (depending on the minimum payout amount and other terms).
