  How to add “Featured” link in the listing view page In addition to “Detail” and “Modify” (in the same row)?

  Do you mean adding a link to purchase the Featured status, the same one that appears with the star icon in My Account/Listings?

  Yes I mean that, but I want it to be visible on the Listing detail page as well not just in ad edit as it currently is

  If you mean the listing view page (available to all users) there’s no such feature at the moment, this would require customizations.
