  Hello!

  You might want to use the WP Mail SMTP plugin, and change the “from” address to the desired email.

  About adding images, if i’m not wrong images may not be attached to the email body, you need to make some extra customization. A dev will be able to give you a proper answer.

  Yes, WP Mail SMTP is the recommended option, you can also prevent filtering outgoing emails as spam if you set up SMTP or link your site with Gmail, Sendgrid or other trusted email service https://hivepress.io/support/topic/email-verification-emails-dont-reach-new-users/#post-23848
  Adding images to emails may be a bit tricky because this requires also attaching images to the mail itself.
