  How to change the url that will go after clicking on category on listings page and after clicking on category after clicking on add listing button (submit-listing/category/) ?

  This would require customizations, categories are always linked to their respective pages (with listings from the current category), and categories on the Add Listing page are linked to the category selection URL that assigns the selected category to the current listing draft.
