Hi, we have several professionals who have notified us that they cannot submit their business. As soon as they click on “submit the listing” all the information filled in is erased. Where is the problem? knowing that it does not do it to everyone, other brands have no problem..
If the listing submission form is just refreshed please try disabling third-party plugins, the same issue may occur with caching or SEO plugins. If there are any specific steps to reproduce it or any extra details (e.g. this vendor has some specific settings) please let me know.
kanazenda 11 months, 3 weeks agoI don’t know if there’s a specific settings, I asked a client to go through Edge, it worked 1x and after that it was impossible to modify his listing. I think it’s from WP-optimize.
Do you have a free plugin for caching and site speed to advise me?
Especially since this one gave me conflicts when I minified the JS, the CSS and the HTML. We could not connect to the user space and the Google map is no longer displayed.
Thank you again.
Yes, we recommend using Litespeed, please try following this tutorial to set it up https://hivepress.io/blog/speed-up-a-directory-or-marketplace-website/
kanazenda 11 months, 3 weeks agoHi Yevhen,
I have successfully installed your plugin, except that:
1. when I minify, combine and defer the JS, Google Map disappears from the listings. What can I do?
2. the plugin shows me this message for caching: “Warning,
The LSCache caching features on this page are currently unavailable! To use caching features, you must have a LiteSpeed web server or use a QUIC.cloud CDN.”
Should I enable “CDN QUIC.cloud” or is it risky?3. How do I know if the caching is done correctly? I tested the LScache tool but it tells me that nothing is cached
Thank you.
kanazenda 11 months, 3 weeks agoIs there a limited number of editable URLs in the frontend by the user when he creates his file?
I think I found why users have their listing creation form reset when they submit it. I have 7 links to fill in (1 phone, 1 website and 5 social networks) and when I only fill in 4 (phone, website and 2 social networks) the form submits without any problems.
kanazenda 11 months, 3 weeks agoI’ve keep just 3 links and when I fill in the last URL field, the form is reinitialized when I validate, except when I put the link to my site or leave it empty.. it’s annoying, I can’t ask for the links from the social networks suddenly.
I let you try if you want to see the problem and tell me if you know where it comes from because we are blocking
kanazenda 11 months, 3 weeks agoand for information, we have disabled plugins for testing, except elementor and elementsKit lite..
Please try following the suggested tutorial step by step. Some sections (like object cache) may not be available, or some may require the Litespeed server installed, you can ignore this warning. Please minify and defer JS without combining, otherwise the Google Maps API key will be removed from the script URL (you can try using Mapbox instead to prevent this). Also, some further setup may be required (e.g. excluding some scripts from differing).
kanazenda 11 months, 3 weeks agoThanks, we tried your method for Google Maps. But we can only minify the JS, if we defer it, the map disappears too.
Do you have a limit of URL attribute fields for a seller to fill in to add a listing? When there are too many http or https fields, the form resets. We have changed the “URL” field to “text” fields but if we put http or https the form always resets. We proceeded by asking for the links but without http or https. It even works with 7 fields for social networks… a solution in the meantime
If there’s a bug please send the details for reproducing it, do you mean the form loses values if there are too many fields of URL type?
kanazenda 11 months, 1 week agoHi, sorry for my late reply, I explained the problem to you in the previous messages. But yeah, that’s the problem. The form lost its value when too many URL fields were filled. I had to replace the url fields with text fields without http://, otherwise it didn’t work either.

There is no limit on the number of URL attributes, it should be ok with dozens of fields. Please make sure that the field names do not conflict, and that there are no third-party plugins (scripts) or customizations that may cause this issue.
kanazenda 11 months, 1 week agook thank you yevhen
