  Hello, I would like to know some information about billing for ads.

  1 – When I create a package and set the maximum number of ads to be 10 and a maximum of 30 days, after 30 days does this package expire?

  2 – Do you have a payment gateway that makes recurring charges like a subscription plan, that is, every 30 days there is a customer charge, can I integrate the automatic renewal of the package within hivepress?

  Hi,
  1. The package will not expire until the limit is exceeded, but the added listings will expire 30 days after the publication.
  2. Sorry, this feature is not available for Paid Listings at the moment but since renewals are also counted you can set the expiration period (e.g. 30 days), then if the limit is exceeded and the listings are expired users will have to re-purchase the package to keep their listings visible.

  Yes, the expiration period will be set for each published listing separately, after 30 days a published listings will be expired (hidden).
