  Is there a way to make it so there are basic listings for let’s say $10 and premium listings for $25 which offers more photos etc. that you can buy one at a time? I know the packages exist, but is it possible to pay per listing?

  There are no per-field restrictions yet, please check the available limits in the listing package settings. If you want to charge per listing please consider adding packages with the listing limit set to 1, then the package will be used and deleted immediately after the listing is published.
