  When I wanted to create custom email, links doesnt work propertly except for %message_text%

  The sender, recipient and message are non plain text tokens, but objects, so you can use them in this way:

  You got a message from %sender.display_name%

  It’s a message link, basically a link to the chat page that will scroll down to unread messages.
