  Is there any way to message a new user you have not messaged, and they have not messaged you. I can go to the profile and see all the information and change/reset the password but I do not see an option to message them directly.

  If this is not an option would love to have one so I don’t have to directly email them.

  Unfortunately there’s no such option in the current version, it’s possible only users message a vendor first (via the listing or vendor page). We’ll consider adding this feature, thanks.
