    I’m currently testing the messaging plugin but it seems like after sending one message the customer or vendor are not able to see anything on the messaging page, I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin and also change the storage period for the messages in the database but it doesn’t seem to work

    Please try disabling third-party plugins, I remember the same conflict with a third-party plugin but ca not say for sure which plugin caused this. Some plugins override the comment queries (messages are implemented as hidden comments) so this issue may occur.


    It’s WooCommerce plugin, I don’t think I can use the marketplace without it, any ideas how I can fix this ?


    I also get this pop up message when I open main menu in front page from iPhone browser, menu it’s working fine but visitors might find it strange or it might make them leave the marketplace, did you encounter this before ?

    I have just tested Messages & WooCommerce locally and it seems to be ok. Please make sure that there are no other plugins or WooCommerce extensions that may cause this issue.


    don’t have any other plugins installed, my wordpress is hosted on GoDaddy, will have to email support and ask for a refund then, template has no use without messaging future and monetizing its hard without woocommerce.
