  Hi

  When I person sends a message enquiring about a product. It comes from “wordpress” in a text format and only mentions our name in the text. Is there anyway to make it a bit friendlier looking, and more corporate ?

  Hi,

  Please try using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ to change the “from” field for outgoing emails. You can also set your site SMTP details or link your site with third-party email service so emails sent by your site will not be filtered as spam.
