  Every time a user simply visits a request page, an email notification “new offer received” is sent to the buyer who made the request.
  The offer is not made, the request was only seen.
  The email notification should only be sent once an offer is registered.

  Thanks for reporting this, I see that there’s a bug report on our new forum – someone from our staff will test this locally and reply there.
