I think the side tabs in the my account page appears once there is an item; however, the orders and “order’s placed” tabs appear when theirs no item, giving the user an error of:

    Nothing found
Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.

Is that normal, or did I misconfigured something? I think that error should not appear when the user clicks on the orders tab. Also, it seems like the bookings tab already has all the things we need, but I’m not sure. Is this a valid concern, or did I miss something?

If you installed Bookings with the Marketplace extension then the Orders are basically payments, just for reference. Please make sure that there were no orders and that there are no caching issues, the orders tab should be hidden if there are no orders (you can try registering as a new user to test this).

So, I followed your instructions, and took screenshots of what happens. When I click on received orders, everything seems fine like the on in the image: https://ibb.co/CmN9tG4

However, when I click on the Placed Orders, I get this:

Is this normal? I think the sidebar should still be present?

By the way, the first image Received is https://ibb.co/CmN9tG4
The second image, Placed is https://ibb.co/5Lr3mDW

I think the site doesn’t render code from the IMG tab in the chat box

Please make sure that the WooCommerce pages were created, there should be a “My Account” page – please try re-creating these pages in WooCommerce/Status/Tools section (there’s a button for this). There should be no “Nothing found” error.

Yup, that worked man. Thanks a lot!
