  Is there a way to edit the package page? I’d like to add a descriptive text block that applies to all packages and have the package blocks include only necessary info such as price, listing amount and expiration.

  You can edit template parts via overriding them (by placing them into the theme folder), or with PHP snippets. The package block should already include price, if you mean packages listed on the user account page there’s no price in case if you change it (then it’ll change for new users only).
