Paid listings and free listings in Listinghive

  Hi Team,

  I have a lot of customers who asked me if it was possible to insert both “reply to listing” and paid listings (similar to Taskhive), is it possible to do this in Listinghive?
  If yes, how do you do it?

  Please let me know what you mean about paid listings, the ability to buy a listing? If so then it’s possible with the Marketplace extension (TaskHive has it included by default).

  Hi ihor,

  I want to make the Listinghive theme become a site for both free listings and paid listings (a mix between Listinghive and Taskhive).
  When the user is in the process of inserting a listing, he chooses the “paid” mode as soon as he publishes the listing, the button becomes “Buy now” instead of “reply to listing”.
  If, on the other hand, he chooses the free listing, the button becomes “reply to listing”.
  is it clear what I meant?

  Can I do this with the Marketplace plugin?
  If yes, How to do that?

  Yes, it’s possible with Marketplace but it adds the Buy Now button to all listings, we plan to add per-category settings this weekend (so it’ll be possible to enable Marketplace for specific listing categories only).

  I’m sorry for the delay, we have a few extension updates in progress but we’re currently working without weekends to deliver them as soon as possible.   The trick that you suggest, not work properly, some of issue occurs.
  I wait for a new Marketplace release. (maybe this weekend???)

  I’m sorry for the inconvenience, we had to complete the Geolocation & Import extensions first, the Marketplace is next in the queue. It should be available by Tuesday max, there will be a notification in Dashboard/Updates if you set the license key in Settings.

  if I choose a specifica category to sell products the Marketplace extension work fine but in the others category don’t shown a “reply to listing” button.

  The Reply to Listing button is added by the Messages extension so it shouldn’t be affected, please make sure that there’s no buyer restrictions for messages in HivePress/Settings/Orders.

  How to change the color of the “buy now” button that share the CSS class with other “primary” button?

  The idea is to differentiate the color of the “buy now” button with the “reply to listing”, but I see that the CSS class is the same for both, what can I do?
