  By default bookings just send requests, there are no on-site payments, but if you want to allow vendors to collect payments directly via your website (turn it into a booking marketplace) then the Marketplace extension is required https://hivepress.io/extensions/marketplace/

  If I already have a marketplace extension, what should I do next? does when the customer has chosen the date and clicked buy, the order form will automatically appear as usual?

  Yes, if the Marketplace extension is set up please try setting the listing price and try to book it, there should be a redirect to the checkout page.
