Plug in – tool to answer questions through chat

    Hi,

    I am wondering if there is any option to enable a chat window in the theme where users can ask questions and expect to receive answers through it. Something to enhance the experience of users and improve support.

    If you mean a chat between the site admin and customers please try using any helpdesk service of your choice, e.g. HelpScout or this free one https://www.tawk.to/ They have codes for adding the chat box to the site.
    If you mean messages between hosts and customers please try using the Messages extension.
