  The price attribute is in every category even in the categories that the checkbox is unmarked. So when you add a new Rent for example the price attribute is there but it shouldn’t (in this case only the rent attribute).

  Yes, the Marketplace extension adds the payment features globally to all listings, but the next version will have an option for category-specific features, so you will be able to select categories for Marketplace to be applied.
