  The booking plugin is working on the site, but it only works through the wordpress panel, when I create a new account and try to schedule it takes me to the homepage and does not schedule

  Please try refreshing permalinks in Settings/Permalinks section. If you also have the Marketplace extension please make sure that WooCommerce pages are created (Checkout, Cart, etc) – these are required for the checkout page to appear, you can re-create these pages in WooCommerce/Status/Tools section (by clicking on the Create Pages button).
