  In taskhive when a user clicks make an offer on a request, a box comes up with price and details, can it work this way for experhive also? can experthive also say price and details, not just details?

  Yes, both themes have the same functionality, the only difference is that the Marketplace extension is disabled on ExpertHive demo, so price-related fields are hidden for requests. If you purchase ExpertHive you can enable the same functionality.
