  I would like to create a membership that allows me to create paid plans to requests – and I would also like to be able to hide attributes in requests only for those who have bought membership plan.

  Sorry, there’s no such feature for Requests at the moment, you can charge users for adding/promoting listings, or hiding listing attributes/pages behind the paywall using the Memberships extension.
