Restrict Autocomplete Search to one (or selected few) countries

Right now I’m building a website only for one country. However, the autocomplete search goes crazy from cities all over the world.

Can I restrict search to only one country or selected few?

There’s no such option at the moment, but it’s planned for the next update (I got a few requests for the same option). Google Maps already support this restriction https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-autocomplete-multiple-countries
