    Hi, I’m testing packages and featured payment modes. Worked perfectly. Thanks.
    But, I have a doubt.
    When I need to return payment to the client automatically, is the paid advertisement cancelled?
    From the tests done, it didn’t work like that, maybe because I’m in the test function of the payment method.
    I hope you understood my question.

    Yes, if you change the order status to refunded, cancelled or failed then the listing should lose the featured status, it works the same way with listing packages.

    It didn’t work here. I made the refund, but the ad was still active. I made a refund for the highlight and it also didn’t cancel.
    I ran these tests as the admin user. Could this be what hasn’t returned the changes?

    It seems to work when I test this locally, please make sure that the order status is changed to “refunded”, this may not happen automatically if there’s a manual refund.

    I tried refund and all options to cancel the order the purchased package is still active. Nothing happens.

    I’m using multisite. Could this be what you’re not refunding?

    Tried without multisite, even so it doesn’t return or cancel changes to packages.
    Could it be a bug?

    Yes, this may be related to multisite (HivePress is not 100% tested with it). Please let me know if you tried changing the order status manually (e.g. by changing its status to Canceled), maybe this bug is related to refunding only?

    I’m testing by the payment method in test mode, so I can’t do it by the payment method, I have to do it manually, either by changing the status, or by doing the manual refund procedure. None of my attempts worked.

    remembering that I tested it in multisite and in another one without multisite. In both cases, the same thing happens. instead, nothing happens.
