  Hello,

  another review related question of mine.

  On my site the review / rating order is acting kinda strange. So i checked the (experthive) Demo to see if it’s the same. On the demo page the same behaviour happens, so I think this might be a bug.

  In hp listings overview i activated the sort option to best ratings (the arrow down). As you can see here sometimes there are lower rated listings are higher placed than higer rated listings:

  The same problem happens when i sort the reverse way.

  I thought this might be because of the rating count but like you can see on your demo page they all have the same count of ratings.

  This would be really urgent for my project right now that this order is working correctly as I’m building a review site and this is one of the most important things for the users.

  Is there a way to fix this?

  Please make sure that these listings are not featured, featured listings are always at the top and the sorting criteria are ignored.

  No not featured.

  You can see on your demo page the listings i mentioned are also not featured:

  e.g. the “Same day plumbing services and repairs” listing and “Wallpaper installation and removal” listings have a rating of 5 so they normally should appear at the top of the sort (after featured listings) but they appear inbetween 4.5 rated listings… so something seems not to work correctly with the sorting order by rating

  Thanks for reporting this, I added this issue to the bug tracker – will be fixed in the next Reviews update.

  Ok great – I just noticed something else there: Seems like some listings are showing more than once when the listings are paged and sorted by rating.

  Like there are 5 listings per page and listing x is on page 4 but somehow also shows up on page 6. This also only seems only to happen when sorting by rating (other sorting options like title its not happening). Can you look into this too? Maybe it has something to doo with the other bug.
