after submitting a booking request, the service provider cannot see any of the details that the booking request contains beside of date, time & service (In may case: phone number, time of the day, notes).
Me as the platform owner can see that when I go into my WordPress account and take a look at the booking, but the person that the client book with cannot. So he/she sees only a part of the relevant information.
Please edit an attribute and check its settings, there’s a Display section where you can select areas where you want this attribute to appear. If you want to allow editing this attribute please mark it as Editable. If you mark it as Required then vendors will have to set some value for this attribute before adding a listing.
