Hello. Can I disable search on the category page because it doesn’t work here.
1. Introduced keyword
2. Clicked the button
3. Nothing has changed
P.S. If you go to a category and do a search there, then everything works. And on the page of all categories – the search does not work, is it possible to disable the search on the page of all categories?
It seems that you checked “Display categories” option in HivePress/Settings/Listings/Display section, please uncheck it (otherwise it will display categories instead of listings).
No. I apparently didn’t understand wrote, sorry. I don’t have a search line on the category page (I sent the screen above). But if you go to a category, the search will work.
So I have a question: is it possible to disable the search bar ONLY on the category page (the screen of this page applied above).
P.S. If you can’t, can you remove the search bar at all?
Sorry, but I can’t help you with customizations, if you’re familiar with CSS please try hiding this form on the page where it’s required.
The listing search works on any page, but if you check the “Display categories” option then users will be forced to select a category first (so the initial search will display categories like on your screenshot).
