    First, it’s showing “can’t accept payment” during checkout for a UPI payment and after some hours it’s showing either on hold or processing mode in “woocommerce order” for verifying. Where payment failed during checkout then how it can showing in woocommerce order ?? I guess this is bug.

    Second, I’ve enabled email verification during new registration. But, without verifying email, users can login into their’s account. I guess this also a bug.

    N.B. Both problems began to after activating Membership plugin.

    1. Payment methods are 100% implemented on WooCommerce side, HivePress just checks the order status – if it’s set to “processing” or “completed” (payment gateways should switch it automatically when the payment is confirmed), HivePress adds the membership plan to the user account. Please make sure that payment methods are set up correctly depending on the gateways you enabled.

    2. If the email verification is enabled then users have to click the verification link received via email. Please check if the Email Verification email is delivered, if it’s not delivered make sure that there’s no email that overrides it in HivePress/Emails. You can also set up a plugin like and link your site with GMail or other trusted service – then emails will never be filtered as spam or non-delivered.
