  Actualley the add a listing button redirects to create a new account or register in the website. I need the user submit a listing and create an account in the check out. Is it possible? Thanks.

  Yes, the login/registration is the first step if the current user is not logged in, unfortunately there is no way to skip it. If you mean checkout during the listing package purchase it only appears as the 3 step in the listing submission process.
