The expert doesn’t do the job

    Hello Ihor, I have another question. When a user posts a request and receives an offer from professionals, the user then accepts an offer and pays for it. But once the approved amount has been paid, what happens in the following situations?
    1- If the expert does not contact the user and does not do the job.

    2- If the Expert finishes the job correctly, but does not notify the website that he has finished the job.

    1. Then customer can contact you via the Dispute form and you can issue a refund.
    2. Vendors don’t have to do this, it’s customers who should indicate if the job is done (via the Complete button), then the order amount is added to the vendor account balance and they can request a payout from you.
