    If you enjoy HivePress and want to contribute, the easiest way to do this is by translating it to your own language. You can check the available translations here (colored in green) https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/hivepress/

    If you’re fluent in any language other than English, please follow this screencast step by step to translate HivePress https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeOL8uh6jiM Please don’t make translations specific, for example, “listing” should be a broad term to keep HivePress multipurpose.

    Once you finish translating you can export the PO file by clicking on a link in the top right, then you can send the PO file via email to ihor@hivepress.io or import it by yourself on WordPress.org repository (select a language, then click “Import Translations” in the bottom left and import your PO file) https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/hivepress/stable/

    You can follow the same instructions for translating any of the HivePress extensions.

    I with loco traslate I did enough (not all, only the most important) to the Spanish language.

    Note: Some things as explained in the support topic are not available for translation. Example: sort attributes.

    That’s awesome, even if translation is not complete you can still export a PO file from Loco Translate and import it here https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/hivepress/stable/es/default/ (sign in and click “Import translations” in the bottom left). When 95% of strings is translated then WordPress will enable a Spanish language pack automatically.

    @David     Huge thanks for the contribution, please make sure that you added translations for Slovenian, because there’re a few Slovenian translations imported for Spanish instead, here’s a link for Slovenian language https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/hivepress/stable/sl/default/

    I started translating it into Serbian, but i see the notice:

    “Notice: Changes to this file may be overwritten or deleted when you update WordPress”

    Is that true?

    I mean, what do i do if i translate the plugin, update wp and it goes back to English?

    I am new at translating of a plugin – this will be my first – but I think you are doing great work – so I would like to help.
    Please guide me on how I may help. I can do Hindi.
