  When I create a new account, and try to add a new listing, no listing is created. But, when a login with my admin account (the same I use to manage wordpress) I can create a new listing.
  New users are created as subscribers… which permissions they must have to abe able to create a listing?

  No extra permissions are required, any registered user should be able to add a listing. If the form just refreshes please try disabling third-party plugins and check if this issue persists, it is most likely a caching issue.
