  Hi ihor,

  Can users send request or is it just for vendors?
  Or is it so that when a person registers a listing then he/she automatically becomes a vendor?
  And only then they can request and offer?

  And a normal user stays a user until they place a listing, then they are converted to a vendor?

  Can you give us more detail information?

  Hi,
  Users can post requests, while vendors can make offers. Anyone can post a request, but only vendors can make offers. A user becomes a vendor if there’s at least 1 published listing (so you can decide who can become a vendor by approving/rejecting listings), also you can enable direct vendor registration in HivePress/Settings/Vendors section – then vendors will be able to register directly via the “/register-vendor” URL without adding any listings.
