  When a user signs up, can’t they publish a listing? do I have to register it as an author in wordpress roles?

  Anyone can submit a listing, and if the listing is approved, then the vendor profile is generated automatically (so user becomes a vendor).

  where are the listings approved? a user has registered, has uploaded a listing and does not appear anywhere! On the other hand, is it normal for the account verification email to arrive late?

  And i don’t check the “manually approve new listings” option!!

  If a new listing is submitted it will appear in WordPress/Listings section as “pending” and the site administrator can approve it. Please try to submit a listing yourself to check how it works.

  If I don’t check require mail verification the user registers without verification and can enter his account?

  I just tried to register and successfully added a new “test” listing. Please make sure that you followed all the steps of the listing submission.

  Is there a way to refuse a listing ? On the listing validation page I only see approved. I bon’t see any reject option.
  Can you help me on that ?

  Please enable Manually approve new listings in HivePress/Settings/Listings section and then all new listings are needed to be approved by admin (changing listing status on Publish ; only listings with this status will be displayed on front-end). If you want to reject listing you can just delete it in Listings section in WP dashboard.
