  I would like to find out the possibility of adding a video consultation feature so that potential clients can have a virtual consultation on the platform to discuss the request made with the experts.

  Hi,
  There may be a few solutions, for example adding a custom URL attribute to allow vendors to set links to their video meeting rooms on third-party platforms like Zoom. If you mean embedding the video conference functionality directly into the website this would probably require integration with some platform & advanced customizations.
